“Dream Book” is a CGI video that reimagines the traditional practice of dream interpretation in Georgia, conveying it to viewers through digital art. “What does my dream mean?” This age-old question has persisted throughout history. Dreams have always exerted a profound influence on human beings, whether in the past or present. They have often been employed to predict the future or even shape it. Dreams frequently served as a key to reality, allowing individuals to converse with the deceased, search for lost individuals, or reunite with long-lost friends. Dreams and their interpretations often mirror the culture and environment in which a person resides. They frequently reflect the everyday life and contradictions inherent in it. The interpretation of dreams is always rooted in culturally established concepts and symbols. In Georgia, the interpretation of dreams is a popular cultural practice. People frequently share their dreams with one another, attempting to decipher the obscure and unpredictable future through dream analysis. In the video “Dream Book,” twelve new dreams are presented alongside traditional interpretations. These reflect the everyday life of the country and shed light on pertinent social and political issues that are relevant in the present time. What do we dream about, and what do our dreams signify? How does our nighttime experience mirror our daytime reality? What factors contribute to the manifestation of bad dreams into reality?

“სიზმრების ახსნა” არის CGI ვიდეო, რომელიც საქართველოში სიზმრების ახსნის ხალხურ ცოდნას რეინტერპრეტირებს და მას ციფრული ხელოვნების საშუალებით უზიარებს მაყურებელს. პირველად კითხვა “რას ნიშნავს ჩემი სიზმარი?” ადამიანმა ათასობით წლის წინ დასვა. მაშინ თუ ეხლა, წარსულში თუ აწმყოში, სიზმრებს ადამიანებზე გავლენა ყოველთვის ჰქონდა. სიზმრებს ადამიანები ხშირად მომავლის გამოსაცნობად და ზოგჯერ მომავლის შესაქმნელად იყენებენ და იყენებდნენ. სიზმარში მკვდრებთან ლაპარაკი, დაკარგულის ძებნა თუ დიდი ხნის უნახავ მეგობართან შეხვედრა – ადამიანებისთვის სიზმარი ხშირად ცხადის გასაღები იყო. სიზმრები და მათი ახსნა, ინტერპრეტაცია ხშირად ირეკლავს იმ კულტურას და გარემოს, რომელშიც ადამიანი ცხოვრობს. ხშირად სიზმრები ყოველდღიურობას და ამ ყოველდღიურობაში არსებულ წინააღმდეგობებს ასახავს. სიზმრების ახსნაც დამყარებულია კულტურაში დამკვიდრებულ ცნებებზე, სიმბოლოებზე. საქართველოში სიზმრების ახსნა ხალხური ჩვეულებაა. ადამიანები ხშირად უყვებიან ერთმანეთს სიზმრებს და სიზმრების ახსნის საშუალებით ბუნდოვანი და არაპროგნოზირებადი მომავლის გაგებას ცდილობენ. ვიდეოში, სიზმრების ახსნის ქალაქში, ხალხურ სიზმრების ახსნასთან ერთად, 12 ახალი სიზმარია. სიზმრები, რომელიც დღეს გვესიზმრება და ქვეყნის ყოველდღიურობას ირეკლავს. რა გვესიზმრება და რას გვანიშნებენ ჩვენი სიზმრები? როგორ ირეკლავს ჩვენი ღამე ჩვენს დღეს და სინამდვილეს? რა განაპირობებს ცხადს, სინამდვილეს, სადაც ცუდი სიზმრები ხშირად რეალობად იქცევა, ხდება?

Gasping for a breath in a dream means that you will not be able to pay the bank debt, lose your independence, and will be obeying someone else
When a river flows backward in a dream, it foretells the flooding of the village and construction of a dam
If you win in a casino in your dreams, this denotes disappointment and incurring debt, or the loss of a loved one
A bed outside of a house signifies eviction of the family
In a dream, being chased by a dog and unable to run indicates melancholy and depression
A comet in a sky in your dream represents the imminent war, while an empty port signifies hunger
Shackles signify that you have nothing to lose, yet you fear a loss.
If you have a bad dream at night, you should tell your dream to water. Your dream will flow away.
But what should you do if reality turnes into a bad dream?
